Background:

The Indian financial sector is undergoing rapid transformation driven by technological advances, changing consumer preferences, and rising competition from fintech and digital platforms. While the banking system has shown resilience amid geopolitical and geo-economic challenges, the complexity of risks and constraints facing banks continues to grow.

In this evolving environment, effective leadership is critical to driving innovation, ensuring compliance, and sustaining performance. To remain competitive, banks must embrace change and develop visionary leaders who can inspire teams and lead transformation. This program focuses on building resilient leadership by strengthening the core competencies and capabilities required of senior leaders in the financial services sector.

Objective:

This five-day residential program, designed in collaboration with the Kautilya Leadership Centre is intended for senior management and future leaders in banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions. The program focuses on leadership competencies critical for senior officials in the financial sector, combining self-awareness, well-researched leadership frameworks, and experiential learning. These elements help bring the frameworks to life, generate personal insights for participants, and link learning to real organizational challenges. To enhance classroom engagement, curated pre-learning materials, including selected podcasts, will be shared in advance.

Participants Profile

This program is designed for senior leaders and emerging leaders, from RBI, banks, Financial Institutions and NBFCs, preferably with 5 to 10 years of residual service. The program is tailored to equip the participants with a comprehensive skill set aligned with the emerging requirements in the sector and seek to nurture a senior leadership pipeline capable of steering the organizations through the future.

b) Banks may depute another officer if the nominated officer is unable to attend.
c) Nomination may be cancelled up to five days prior to the program.
d) Last date for filing nomination February 4, 2026.
