Background:
The Regulated Entities (REs), comprising of banks, financial institutions and NBFCs sector are at the forefront of digital innovation and have also enhanced customer expectations, increasing demand for seamless services and need for a more personalized experience. The REs have embraced cutting-edge technologies and user-centric solutions, thereby enhancing their service offerings, processes, and are becoming more and more competitive in a rapidly changing landscape. In this digital transformation journey, data has become both a critical outcome and input. This has also resulted in unprecedented growth in the data and making it a critical asset for both the users and organisations.
