Background:
The rapid adoption of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Generative AI (GenAI) in developed countries are fundamentally reshaping the core activities of Human Resource divisions in leading global financial institutions. To make our country a developed nation (Viksit Bharat) by 2047, the CHROs and CLOs of banks/NBFCs/FIs are required to be well prepared for an AI-driven workforce for better productivity while ensuring data integrity and seamless customer service. This presents not just a technological shift, but also an urgent human capital challenge concerning re-skilling, organizational design and ethical governance.
This conference is designed to facilitate action-oriented and interactive session among top HR leaders of India’s Financial Sector. The aim is to collaboratively forge new, strategic playbook for building a future-ready workforce that aligns with the highest standards of ethical AI-governance and AI-compliance in the Regulated Entities (REs).
Objective:
The overarching objective of this conference is to equip the Chief Human Resources Officers (CHROs) and Chief Learning Officers (CLOs) of banks/NBFCs/FIs with the strategic clarity and actionable frameworks necessary to lead their financial institutions through the transition to an AI-Native operating model.
