Centre for Advanced Financial Research and Learning (CAFRAL), promoted by Reserve Bank of India (RBI) to serve as a global centre for policy research and learning in banking and finance, has been operational since January 17, 2011. The Governor, RBI, is the Chairman of the Governing Council of CAFRAL.
1. Applications are invited from suitable officers in the rank of Deputy General Manager/General Manager or equivalent Grade in RBI/Public Sector Banks for the position of Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) in CAFRAL, Mumbai on a contractual basis.
2. Responsibilities:
· Day-to-day overall Administration, Accounts, and IT functions.
· Budget, Expenditure Monitoring and Procurement.
· Funding and Financial Sanctions.
· Work relating to CAFRAL’s Governing Council and other committee meetings.
· Coordination with RBI, Charity Commissioner, Government Departments, Foreign collaborations, etc.
· Recruitment, MIS and work related to management of CAFRAL premises, hostel, etc.
· Program-related matters.
· Any other associated administrative work assigned, as may be required.
3. Eligibility:
25 years of experience in the banking/financial services sector. Preference may be given to candidates having administrative experience in training establishments..
4. The CAO will report to the Additional Director (Learning & Administration).
