CAFRAL invites applications for the position of IT Support Officer (ISO). The ISO will have following responsibilities:

• Install and maintain desktops / laptops / Network printers / Network scanners/ servers / iPad / tablets / mobile phones /VC endpoints etc.
• Install and upgrade both systems and application software as required, adhering to all licensing regulations
• Administrate, troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve IT issues.
• Take preventive measures of IT equipments  
• Take data backup regularly
• Test and evaluate new technologies and applications
• Support roll-out of new technologies and applications
• Maintain an accurate inventory of hardware and software (including licences) as well as all related documents
• Coordinate with the vendors / suppliers for purchase and maintenance  of IT and electronic equipments/gadgets
• Manage and administer Exchange ON O365
• Disaster recovery implementation.
• Provide support for designing and enforcing IT policies and maintain technical documentation as per ISO27001
• Any additional duties as assigned from time to time.

•  Graduation in IT or Computer Science
• Certification in Microsoft (MCSA/MCSE)  will be an added advantage.

•  Minimum 3 years hands-on proven experience on computer hardware and networks and
• Experience in server administration such as Microsoft Domain (DC & ADC) will be an added advantage.
